When you click the button 'Create Your Tribute', you will be taken to a form that you can fill in and upload photos, videos and add your loved ones story.

Step 2

Chose Your Location

Let us know their last resting place so that we can add them to our map. This can be their last resting place or their favourite place to visit.

Step 3

Add Their Story, Photos and a video.

Tell your loved one's story by writing their tribute. If you're struggling to write the tribute, use this AI prompt to help you. You can upload 10 photos or 9 photos and a video. Their story will then be shared on our map.

Step 4

Submit Your Tribute

When you submit your tribute, we ask for a donation. This will enable us to grow and develop our online memorial, letting others remember their loved ones.

How do I start creating a tribute?

Simply fill in this FORM. Add your loved one's story in 3500 words or less, and upload either 10 photos or 9 photos and a video. You can also link to a video if you have one on YouTube.

How long does it take for my tribute to appear?

Once your tribute has been submitted, it will be reviewed to ensure it complies with our Terms and Conditions and Community Guidelines. We aim to review and publish tributes within 5 business days.

In some cases, additional review may be required, which could result in a longer processing time. If we need further information regarding your submission, we will contact you using the details provided during the submission process.

Can I edit a tribute after publishing it?

Yes. Requests to update, correct, or remove a tribute must be submitted through our Contact Page.

To help us verify the request, please provide the details of the memorial entry along with any information relating to the changes you would like made. Memorial entries can generally only be modified by the person who originally created the tribute, and we may request additional information to verify their identity before making any changes.

In certain circumstances, we may also consider requests from third parties where there are concerns regarding accuracy, copyright, privacy, or other legitimate issues.

Is my information secure and private?

We are committed to protecting your personal information and use appropriate security measures to safeguard the data you provide. Please note that memorial tributes are designed to be publicly shared on the Let Us Not Forget website and will also be displayed through Google Maps integrations so that loved ones' stories can be remembered and discovered by others.
